10 Powerful Natural Antibiotics to Treat Infection

This is a guest post.

Modern antibiotics have become the go-to option for every human being. Prescribed antibiotics and sometimes even over-the-counter antibiotics has been used by people to try to cure everything starting from common cold to sexually transmitted infections (after a visit to an std test clinic), but sometimes these causes more damage than benefit. Studies have proved that, while antibiotics fasten your recovery and benefits you, taking it too much or without medical prescription can lead to gastrointestinal issues, allergies and a weak immunity system.

Nature is power packed with innumerable antibiotics that can be equally efficient and with less side-effects. Before modern research equipped the medical field with the development of antibiotics, people have survived with natural resources.

With every pharmaceutical company eyeing only at a profit, it is time to go back to nature and use natural antibiotics. The biggest advantage of going natural is that it comes without any side-effects that could become a bigger problem than the actual illness.

Here are the 10 most powerful natural antibiotics

While the list is long and exhausting, below are 10 most powerful natural antibiotics that can resist various pathogens that attack the human body. These need not be used as a treatment but as part of your daily lifestyle and diet.

What to Stream When You're Trying to Lose Weight

The hubby and I are running our first 5K on Saturday. From what I can tell, it's a color run so it isn't as competitive as other races seem to be. So it will be a great first 5K especially since we are beginning runners. We have started a weight loss journey and healthy lifestyle to become a #FitFam (fitness family). We want to be healthy. And to get in the mind set, we have been streaming different documentaries to help us in our process. I have made a list of what to stream when you are trying to lose weight.

Tell the Cleaning Industry to Come Clean

As parents we deserve to know the ingredients in the products we use. Did you know there are no regulations for the ingredient labeling of household cleaning products? So you have no idea about the products you use every day around your family. I have partnered with Seventh Generation because I believe the Cleaning Industry needs to #ComeClean and let us know what is in their products.

Whether your child is an unsteady toddler or an active teenager fond of taking crazy risks, there is a chance they will have a fall that can break or damage teeth. If your child has broken a tooth, treatment will depend on whether it is a baby tooth or permanent tooth, and whether it has been completely knocked out or simply damaged.

Common Childhood Allergies to Watch Out For

This is a sponsored guest post.
If you’ve noticed that your child is coughing and sneezing a lot, often complains of a poorly tummy, always seems to break out in sore rashes and spots, or often can’t see for watery eyes, they may be one of the unlucky 1 in 13 to suffer from a food allergy. Unfortunately, the most common childhood allergies also tend to be things that can be found in abundance around the average home, and you may not even realize the allergy exists until the symptoms are already there. If the allergy is particularly severe, you may find yourself shocked if you aren't already in the know.

Our First ER Visit

So on Friday, we went to the park as a family because the Hubby was off of work. Peanut fell and when I picked him up, blood was pouring out of his mouth. When he finally let us have a peak, it looked like a chunk of his tongue was missing. Both Hubby and I agreed, we needed to go to the ER.

Called ahead and they were rude on the phone. That should have been my first clue. Peanut was crying, blood kept pouring out the whole way there.
