ReplyDeleteThis is a really good list. I love that coconut oil is so healthy for you, you can basically use that for anything lol. I've even made cake icing out of it.
ReplyDeleteYour article could be a gold mine to us regular average people! The drug CEOs and other big shots of other related companies would hate for news like this to get out! Their million dollar profits would shrink!! For years, I have generously put oregano and garlic salt on my pizza �� and other Italian foods. I swear it has helped my immune system all these years! My husband used to say that I was eating garlic to keep him away! He said he swore that it was oozing out of my pores!! I haven’t had as much of these spices in the last two years since all my teeth were removed. Lemon �� by itself or something with honey �� is also useful. I never heard of a couple of the items on the list, but I am glad that I have now! I have heard about Turmeric for years, but I didn’t know it helped with Fibromyalgia. I have to inform my friend about this!
