Change Up Your Health Routine

Do you remember back in January when I made all of those resolutions? Did you make any? How have you been sticking to yours? Well, I am hitting a funk of sorts. I don't know whether it is the pollen or my lack of energy, but I have been slipping back into some old habits.

My main resolution I have been lacking on is my decision to get my health on track. I felt like I was bored. So here are my healthy habits that I am doing to get me out of my slump. And even if you didn't make any health resolutions, just because it is March doesn't mean you can't start thinking about healthy habits!

1. Switch Up Your Meal Plan. It feels like since we (Hubby and me) started our weightloss plan, we have been eating the same meals over and over. And what was super yummy at first, is now getting kind of old and tiring. So I have been scouring Pinterest for yummy and healthy meal ideas that can help spice things up in the kitchen to re-charge our taste buds.

2. Take Vitamins. When I'm slacking on energy, I can now have a little help. I have been trying to break up with coffee, but every day around noon I start feeling the drag... Thanks to Nature Made Vitamins, I can gear up on my energy. Plus when I haven't ate that great, I can make sure that I still get the nutrients my body needs. With busy lives, on-the-go eating and work demands, it’s easy to see why feeling tired is so common. Thankfully, with B-Complex and other B vitamins can help convert the food you eat into cellular energy. I picked up my Nature Made Vitamins at Walmart. It was great because I didn't need to wait for a sale.

 3. Change your exercise routine. Not only can you get bored in the same exercise routine, but it's actually good to change up your routine to reach all those different muscles. I was walking "hills" at the gym and around at our local park, but I changed up my exercise routine to classes at the gym (Zumba and Yoga). I like interacting with people and it keeps regularly going as because I have a set time.

4. Add Flavor. Drinking water is important for your health. But I don't know about you, but it can get boring after a while. So I add little mixes to my drink to make it have a little pop of flavor. There are tons to choose from and many have no calories!

5. Get Some Daily Inspiration. I joined Nature Made, the nation’s #1 best-selling brand for quality vitamins, minerals and supplements* to help support nutritional gaps, Daily Boost Program and every other week I get a fresh inspiration to help me on my healthy lifestyle goals. Plus you can join Nature Made's 30-Day Healthy Habit Builder where you can get motivation and tips around your specific health goals.
