Snacking At Home: Gluten Free Idea

I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

So since my kid's no longer have their "school stomachs" and snack all day long, I have been on the hunt for healthier snack options that they will actually enjoy. Although we don't go as many places as we use to, I also still like to have easy on-the-go snack ideas that I can throw in my purse and head out the door with.

My family and I recently had the opportunity to try out LOVE CORN. They are savory, crunchy corn kernels. Popular in the Mediterranean, LOVE CORN is made with plant-based ingredients, and are vegan, gluten free, Non-GMO Project Verified, kosher, and sugar free. I was in love the package they sent to us. It had all the flavors to try.

"Thank You For Helping Me Bloom " - Teacher Appreciation Gift

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com on behalf of The Quaker Oats Company.

As parents we already wear many hats, and if school closures taught us anything it is that we appreciate teachers more than ever before. If you are like me, then you are having to learn new ways to keep your kiddos entertained while making sure they stay engaged in school work at home. Without ideas and the virtual help from both of my kiddos' teachers, I don't think I would have had the capabilities to manage homeschooling.

There are so many ways to thank a teacher and Quaker sent us an awesome custom box of goodies so we could easily create something special for my children's teachers. This box was filled with Quaker Kids Organic Bites & Bars along with fun activities such as a DIY Wood Heart Frame, Thank You Note Kit & Stickers, and a t-shirt and paint. So, we were inspired to create an easy craft so our children's teachers will know they are appreciated.

No Sugar Added Snack Ideas for Kids - Perfect for Lunch Boxes

It is closing in on the end of summer which comes just in time for back to school, back to daycare, back to LIFE and set schedules for many families. I have been preparing the kiddos lunches every day including personalized handwritten notes. I love making their lunch for multiple reasons;
1. I feel like I can make their lunches cheaper than buying it,
2. I can see what they are eating each day, and
3. I can make sure they are eating a balanced, no sugar added meal and they are teeth friendly lunch options as well.

No Sugar Added Snack Ideas for Lunch Boxes

What does "no sugar added" mean? In this case it means some of these foods still contain sugar naturally. Added sugar has been added to a food or product during the manufacturing process. To avoid added sugar, look for words on a food label such as glucose, sucrose, dextrose, high-fructose corn syrup, raw sugar, rice syrup, corn sweetener, fruit juice concentrate, brown sugar, corn syrup, can juice, can sugar, crystalline fructose, beet sugar, caramel, and barley malt.

Easy Treat Idea with TEDDY SOFT BAKED Filled Snacks

This post was sponsored by Nabisco as part of an Integrated Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I don't know about your kids, but mine are always so hungry. Always! So I am always searching for snack ideas. We are also always on-the-go, so convenience is another issue. Plus the last thing I want to have to worry about with two younger children is a hunger induced fit, especially in public. So I always carry around snacks wherever I go.

TEDDY SOFT BAKED Filled Snacks are a loveable bear-shaped snack made with quality ingredients such as milk, eggs, and chocolate that contain no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, and no artificial colors. PLUS TEDDY SOFT BAKED Filled Snacks are perfect to throw in my purse because they are individually wrapped. I like to not only throw some in my purse, but in their lunch boxes, my daughter's gymnastics bag, or I carry on practically every where we go.

Back-to-School with Entenmann's Little Bites

Have you checked out our post about Lunch Box Ideas for Kids of All Ages? It is no secret that we love Entenmann's Little Bites in our house. I love that they come in a variety of different flavors to try, made with real ingredients like blueberries, banana and cocoa, and come in perfectly portioned pouches, making them the perfect on the go snack. I love sending them in my son's school as his snack or packing them in my daughter's lunch for hers.
Entenmann's Little Bites have been with us on every journey we have taken this year, so of course I am packing them for back-to-school too. Not only are they easy, but my kids love them. They contain no high fructose corn syrup, are certified kosher, and most packs are less than 200 calories.

Lunch Box Ideas for Kids of All Ages

During school season, I make my daughter's lunch everyday. I don't have anything about buying her lunch or those that do, but this is just what I choose to do for our family. It isn't an inconvenience for me and I actually like doing it. I know I'm weird. Maybe one day I will get to where I'll give her lunch money or maybe she will want to buy her lunch one day, but as of right now - we get creative with our lunch box ideas for kids of all ages.

Tips for Grocery Shopping with a Toddler

I am a stay-at-home mom and as much as I would love to go grocery shopping by myself, that just isn't realistic for our lifestyle. My daughter is in school, so I usually only have one in tow when I grocery shopping these days. My toddler son. Two of his favorite ways to keep him entertained are toys and snacks.

Tips for Grocery Shopping with a Toddler #GerberWinWin

As soon as we head into our local Publix, we make sure to get the car grocery cart. It's a fun way to keep little ones entertained while grocery shopping. Sometimes we will head over to their bakery department and get a complimentary cookie, but most of the time we head straight to their baby aisle and grab some Gerber® toddler snacks. Our new favorites are the Gerber® Lil’ Beanies™.
