"The Sacred Thread" Series Review: A Powerful Journey Into the Meaning Behind the Lord’s Prayer
Tuesday, June 16, 2026
The Sacred Thread is one of those rare series.
At first glance, it explores something many of us already know by heart: the Lord’s Prayer. But very quickly, it becomes clear this is not just a study of words we’ve heard since childhood. It is a thoughtful, cinematic journey into the world those words came from, helping us understand what Jesus’ original audience would have actually heard, felt, and understood.
And honestly, it changes everything.
Many thanks to Angel for providing a sample of the product for this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
"Just One More" Movie Review: A Powerful Story About Second Chances, Hope, and Redemption
Wednesday, June 10, 2026
It’s not loud or flashy. It doesn’t rely on over-the-top twists or perfect characters. Instead, it tells a deeply human story about brokenness, grace, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going when everything in you wants to quit.
At its heart, this is a story about second chances, and the courage to choose hope just one more time.
Many thanks to Angel for providing a sample of the product for this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Write God’s Word Into Your Heart with the NKJV New Testament, Tracing Edition
Tuesday, June 2, 2026
This unique Bible offers a devotional experience unlike traditional journaling Bibles because it invites readers to physically trace Scripture verse by verse through the New Testament. It combines the beauty of handwriting with the spiritual practice of meditating on God’s Word in a creative and intentional way.
Many thanks to Thomas Nelson Bibles/HCCP for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own.

Order the CSB Illustrator’s Notetaking Bible Today! + Giveaway
Tuesday, April 15, 2025
If you're anything like me, you find deep comfort in slowing down with your Bible and reading, reflecting, and sometimes doodling in the margins as God’s Word speaks to your heart. That’s why I’m so excited to share something truly special with you: the CSB Illustrator’s Notetaking Bible, Large Print Edition.
From the moment I opened this Bible, I knew it was going to be more than just a reading experience. It was an invitation to engage with my Creator in a creative way, to not only study the Word, but to interact with it through journaling, art, and reflection.
This Bible features a single-column layout with wide journaling margins, giving you the space to write prayers, make notes, or add your own illustrations as God speaks to you. And let me just say, it's stunning. Every page spread includes line-art illustrations, filigree designs, and Scripture-inspired artwork that truly breathe life into the text. With over 600 illustrations throughout, it feels like each page is whispering, “Come and dwell a little longer.”

Enjoy Halloween with the Whole Family
Tuesday, October 8, 2024
Do your little ones know what they are going to be for Halloween this year? This is the first year that my son was adamant about being Batman, even though he was last year too. So I talked to my daughter and we all decided that we could do a family theme and go as different members of the Justice League. These Halloween costumes and many, many more were easily found at Oriental Trading.
I love using Oriental Trading for all of my seasonal decorating and party needs. They have everything you are looking for and fantastic prices. They have helped me plan multiple birthday parties and I have used them to get my kiddos their Halloween costumes for a few years now. They even have fun crafts for all occasions as well.

Plant Based Snacking for Kids from WayFare
Wednesday, June 23, 2021
I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.
Do your kiddos have "school stomachs"? Where they are able to just eat basic meals all day for school and then come home and eat all the things. THEN when summer is here they just continue to eat all the things from morning until night! I'm only kidding...a little. It does feel like that sometimes though. So I have been on the look out for treats that I know they will enjoy, but won't be filled with junk. Thankfully Moms Meet let me and the kiddos try out some new plant based, dairy free puddings from WayFare.
Create at Home with Allessimo Reality Puzzles
Wednesday, July 29, 2020
This post is sponsored by Allessimo to provide our honest review. All opinions are my own.
Filling our days with activities has been harder than I thought it would the last month. We have been social distancing as much as possible so staying at home has pretty much been an almost every day basis. Which I know it has been for most people. Even during these warmer months, it feels like it has been raining every other day. So if you have been like me and trying to fill your days with some fun and creativity, then I would love to share Allessimo Reality Puzzles with you.

We were sent a few 3D puzzles from Allessimo to review. Two puzzles were build and paint (plane and flamingo) while the other two were build and sculpt (dinosaur and elephant). What I love about them the most is that they take puzzles and crafts, then combine them. The seriously turn a tradition wooden puzzle on it's head. These 3D puzzles make a fun project and awesome keepsake as well.
"Dora and the Lost City of Gold" on Digital & Blu-Ray + Giveaway
Wednesday, November 6, 2019
I received complimentary products to provide this post. All opinions are my own.
Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner, Instant Family) for her biggest challenge yet – high school. When her parents mysteriously disappear while searching for the Lost City of Gold, Dora must swing into action and lead a group of ill-equipped high schoolers on a wild quest to save them. Hold on for a high stakes mission as Dora and her new friends navigate the jungle, outrun treasure hunters, and solve ancient puzzles to unlock the mystery of the fabled city.
Dora is all grown up in this new tale that actually has a playful nod to the original cartoon. My step-sister grew up loving Dora and being only a few years older while still loving cartoons, I loved her too. So, when my daughter and I went to the movies, we saw the trailer for "Dora The Lost City of Gold" and were very excited. So, we are thrilled to own it on digital and Blu-Ray now. And we loved the kit Paramount sent that included a Maglite as well!
Enjoying the Season with BabbleBoxx Food Favorites for Fall
Tuesday, October 29, 2019

Keto Coffee Recipe & Keurig K-Duo Essentials Review
Saturday, September 14, 2019
I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.
If you are like me, then you love coffee. I have only been a coffee person since I had children of my own. I honestly have no idea how I survived being a nanny without it. I actually started drinking it when I became a "working stay-at-home mom" which means I was watching my friend's little girl too and had to wake up oh so early so she could drop her off every morning.
My coffee habits have evolved now. I like the taste of coffee way more than I use to and since I enjoy it so much more than I use to, I would drink it all day every day if I could! I don't use as much creamer and definitely not as much sugar in it as I use to.
Our first single serve coffee maker served it's purpose for a little while, but it was time for an upgrade. I have been a HUGE fan of Keurig brand coffee makers since our first one we have ever owned. Each one had different features that we love. We even owned a Keurig 2.0 for a little, but the newest Keurig K-Duo Essentials is by far our favorite because it fits all of our needs while being a budget friendly option. I think I would make a great gift for the office. I also think it would be perfect for people who are like my sister-in-law and her husband. He drinks an entire pot of coffee made his way while she prefers just a cup or two made a little stronger with cream/sugar.
Enjoying Life Outside with Simplay3 Young Explorers Adventure Climber
Monday, April 29, 2019
My kiddos love playing outside. We live in a wonderful neighborhood where everyone knows everyone, and all the children play outside together. I love that my children can have a childhood like I did. We are working hard on making our backyard a place that all the children can enjoy.
I received the Young Explorer Adventure Climber from Simplay3 which is a new item. Safety was a top priority when they created this product just like with all of their products. Simplay3 products are rotational molded, a manufacturing process that creates sturdy, strong, durable products that retain their value, withstanding weather and the toughest of children over the years. Simplay3 is a Veteran Owned Company, and products are made in the USA by a hard-working, highly skilled, and committed Northeast Ohio work force. All products are recyclable. Simplay3 and its employees are committed to its customers and the communities it serves.
Celebrating Girl of The Year Blaire from American Girl
Wednesday, March 27, 2019
I have two passions going into this parenting gig. The first is that I want my daughter to believe that she can be anything she wants as long as she works hard for it. Second, I want her to enjoy being a child as long as possible because time is fleeting. I still can't believe she turned eight in December. She loves playing outside with her friends, she loves school, she has enjoyed the extra curricular activities that we have joined, and she still love playing with dolls.
My daughter has received two different 19-inch dolls for Christmas that she loves, but they don't have the best quality to stand the test of time. So I wanted her to experience a real American Girl doll, like I had when I was younger, one that she could hopefully pass down to her daughter one day.

Pink Lemonade Shop Review & Giveaway
Saturday, March 16, 2019
If you have been following for any period of time, then you know that the main reason I am eco-friendly is because I feel like it is more cost effective. Now since this is such a different way than I was brought up or my husband was for that matter, there is a learning curve to any that is new.
Back in February, I received some products to try out from Pink Lemonade Shop. They are a mama owned, Southwest Ohio small business that make pads for girls to pads for postpartum. So this review and giveaway will be about reusable feminine hygiene products. You can use them for post-partum or even if you have some bladder leakage. But that's what these products are. I just want to be up-front about that before you continue on.

Winc Wine Subscription Perfectly Pairs with Valentine's Day
Thursday, January 24, 2019
I received complimentary products to review. All opinions are my own.
Valentine's Day is coming right around the corner! Whether you are looking for a gift idea or wanting to have a fun Valentine date night at home, I recommend looking into Winc. I have mentioned Winc before and it was so fun to order from them again!
I have tried a few different brands and types of wines, but finding what I like can be difficult. Winc is not your traditional wine club: they are a direct-distribution global wine company that personalizes the entire wine experience. They are perfecting how wine is made, distributed, perceived, and purchased. I have never been a sweet wine drinker. That's what I love about Winc. They personalize your wines based on your tastes called the Palate Profile quiz. They ask you questions like, "How do you like your coffee?", "How do you feel about salt?", "Do you like citrus?", etc. It then will recommend wines based on your profile, but you can then select different ones if you'd like.
