Scrunchie Trendy Valentine Idea

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I was trying to think about what my daughter and I have created together for her to hand out to her class mates. From everything to a homemade Unicorn Valentine Box to easy, no fuss printables. This year I wanted to create something trendy that I knew she would enjoy handing out. Plus I am always trying to think of new non-candy Valentine ideas that kids or even teenagers will actually enjoy.

When I was trying to think about what to make with my daughter for our annual Valentine school handouts, I tried to think about the things she likes. As she thinks being a VSCO girl is the new hip thing (she is only in third grade after all), she loves her Hydroflask, saving the sea turtles one metal straw at a time, and of course scunchies. So I thought, why not create a cute printable for my readers that would make the perfect, non-candy school hand out.

First of all, what is a VSCO girl?

3 Ways To Help A Child That Has Trouble Sleeping

3 Ways To Help A Child That Has Trouble Sleeping

Babies are known for not being able to sleep very well. However, most babies grow out of this habit as they become toddlers and young children. Nevertheless, your child still might have some sleeping issues as they grow up. It's not wildly uncommon to see children aged 3-5 struggling with their sleep, leading to days full of tiredness and some pretty bleak nights. So, how do you help a child that's struggling to sleep? Here's a three-step process that you can try:

Appreciation Flowers – Know Their Meaning

The display of various flowers at weddings, special events, and in our homes is an age-old tradition that we still incorporate in our lives today. Despite the apparent beauty it creates, most blossoms and plants are associated with specific actions, ideas, and emotions.

Expressed in floriography (flower language) lies the delicate art of flower symbolism that varies on the color, amount, and type of flowers given. In essence, every plant comes with its own unique meaning, and encompassing yourself with those that symbolize the things you value or want will help create a more positive environment.

Appreciation Flowers – Know Their Meaning

Being knowledgeable on plant symbolism will help you pick out gifts and décor that are more personalized and meaningful. The next time you want to send a thank you flower bouquet, you'll know which flowers and colors to choose to convey the intended message correctly.

To better explain plant symbolism, we'll take a closer look at its history as well as the meaning of some of the most popular flowers.

How to Unsubscribe From Emails

I have been having a few people comment on my blog saying that they are having trouble unsubscribing, the issue is usually coming from non-Google emails subscribers. I have always used a RSS feed called FeedBurner to share my posts through emails. They are just sent as I post, which I understand some people may not enjoy. I also understand that if you only subscribed as part of a giveaway and you no longer enter them, then you may want to unsubscribe. Or you may no longer enjoy my content, no hard feelings. Anyway, I wanted to send this out and hopefully the ones who are having issues will see this and can finally successfully unsubscribe.

How to Unsubscribe From FeedBurner Emails

If you don't have a Google email, then you should see a unsubscribe at the top instead of at the bottom. It should be (at least in Yahoo) above the email address lines. This is the only way I know how to unsubscribe. If you are still having issues, then you may need to contact Google directly about this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is not way for me to manually go in and take you off the mailing list. I have had more blog for over 10 years now and have since drifted away from using FeedBurner.

When I click unsubscribe, I see the image below. And have successfully unsubscribed to my own site. If you do not see this screen below, then you may have to contact Google directly.

As of now the only other way to subscribe to my posts (which is more efficient if you like everything in one nice email) is BlogLovin. Thank you for following along all these years and I'm sorry again for the inconvenience.

****UPDATE****

If you wish to be unsubscribed from my FeedBurner email list, I have figured out how to remove you manually. But to do this, you must email me (diana.n.chastain@gmail.com) as I can't see your email address when you comment here. Thank you so much!
