I have been on a fitness, weight loss, wellness journey for over three years. Because it is truly a lifestyle change I am making, I keep learning new things everyday. What I have learned that there is so much mental aspect for complete wellness. I am so grateful that I found CrossFit. It is more than the weight or inches lost. I have found a community who loves me and supports me. I have eased my anxiety. And I have found out I am so much stronger than I ever could have imagined. These are gift ideas for someone on a wellness journey, but I do think it is best if you know the person well enough before prying because it is a very personal journey.
