3 Pumpkin Spice Protein-Packed Recipes Perfect for Fall

If you are like me, then you are finally fully getting to the fall season. I have lost sixty pounds and since I don't want to back track my progress, but still want to enjoy all things autumn, I am sharing three pumpkin spiced protein-packed recipes that are perfect for you to continue enjoying fall.

High Protein Pudding Recipe

All you need is 1 scoop of Naked Shake Pumpkin Spice Flavored Vegan Protein Powder, 1/3 cup of vegan milk, vanilla flavored sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix, and sugar free (or lite) Cool-Whip. There is also a vegan variety that is very good as well. Whisk together the pudding mix, protein powder, and milk. Quickly add the cool whip and mix well. You may want to use an electric hand mixer to get it perfectly smooth. You can serve right away to enjoy or keep chilled in the fridge for 24 hours.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

This one is a little more complicated, but worth the effort. You need 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree, 1 medium frozen banana sliced, 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 scoop Naked Shake Pumpkin Spice Flavored Vegan Protein Powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, and whipped cream for a garnish. Place the pumpkin puree, banana, protein powder, and almond milk in blender, then blend until smooth. Top with cream if desired.

Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake

Saved the best for last and this is a great one to bring to any get together. You need 1 package fat free cream cheese, 16-ounce nonfat Greek yogurt, fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 3 scoops Naked Shake Pumpkin Spice Flavored Vegan Protein Powder, 2 eggs + 2 for egg whites, 4-ounce canned pumpkin, 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, and Stevia to taste. Set cream cheese out for about an hour until it’s soft. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl and with an electric mixer, mix ingredients well until fully combined. Place in greased pie dish and bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until you can stick a toothpick in, and it comes out clean. Feel free to add fat free whipped cream and a little graham cracker crumb on top to garnish.
