I have been trying to gradually lose weight. Really we are trying to get back into a healthy lifestyle. We ate WAY TOO much over the holidays and it just wasn't good for our health at all. I have started doing Beachbody's P90X again but this time I have changed it up so I can slowly get into it and not overwhelm myself. I am trying to start with our diet and first. I have been working out, but I am starting slow because I didn't realize how weak I was. Eating healthy can be very yummy. We actually enjoy eating foods that are better for us, but the unhealthy foods tend to be so much more convenient, unless you meal plan - which we have started doing again.
