Freshly Picked was started by Susan Petersen who started making baby moccasins in 2009 after becoming frustrated by the lack of well-designed baby shoes. Using her second child, Gus, as a mocc-tester, and a bag of scrap leather she picked up at a yard sale, she began experimenting with designs. Working at her kitchen table, on a shoestring budget, Susan persisted through several attempts until she had created a pair of moccasins that not only looked adorable on Gus’ chubby little feet, but stayed on his feet as well.

Our house is on the market. It has been a nerve wracking experience to say the least. But it means I have been wanting to clean all the things! Laundry is one of those on-going battles. And I seem to have been doing it more often because I don't want anyone that comes to see our home to also see our dirty laundry.

Besides the regular laundry, I have been wanting to clean our decorative linens as well. I have a beautiful quilt that my mother-in-law made for me last Christmas that we keep on the end of our bed.
