Getting Ready for Bottle Feeding with the Nuby Natural Touch Sterilzer

I received complimentary products to provide this post. All opinions are my own.

I was never able to bottle feed my daughter, but I was prepared with a ton of the accessories needed to do so! My son takes a bottle like a champ, but I ant to make sure all those older bottles (some needing new nipples) are fresh and clean for him to use too. That's why I'm loving the Nuby Natural Touch Microwave Steam Sterilizer.

The Microwave Steam Sterilizer holds up to four bottles and keeps the contents sterile for up to three hours! The quickest and most effective method of sterilization, the compact Nuby sterilizer can be neatly stored in the microwave to free up space in the kitchen. I store mine in my pantry.

Weekly Totals - Publix - Saved 73%!

I was excited for this trip because I got some more great donation items for Stamp Out Hunger this Saturday. The diapers are a good deal to me and although my little man isn't in that size yet, I never want to have to pay full price for diapers and he will definitely go through them.

So I saved 73% this week...

Look how little she was!

And they have been a favorite in our house ever since. They are inexpensive, non-GMO, and can be taken just about anywhere! I love throwing them in my bag and having them for snacks during baseball games.

Happy 2 Months, Peanut! {Wordless Wednesday}

Two Months Breastfeeding Milestone

My average shorty with a big brain. :)
He is doing so well and is a happy, smiley baby. He likes to sleep on his tummy, being held, or in his Graco Lounger. He is doing the baby sleeping through the night - 6 hour stretches - on most nights. He has started biting when we are nursing, hopefully I can nip it in the bud before he gets any teeth. He is a very messy and noisy eater. He is very boogery and poops a lot. He is about to outgrow some 0-3 month clothing and his size 1 diapers very soon. He takes a breastmilk bottle really well. Pumping is going good even with my old pump because he doesn't mind loud noises. He's getting better at keeping the mam pacis in his mouth. He is starting to lose a little bit of hair right in the back.

When we went to his two month check up he had to have 3 shots and one oral. He cried for a long time after his shots and even SweetPea cried she felt so bad for him. It was actually kind of cute.

I promise I'll share his birth story one day. Although it's sad to think that may be my last pregnancy, I think he is our last baby so I am trying to enjoy every moment. So things may be slack on the blog, but babies don't keep.

Stamp Out Hunger - Only May 10th!

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up, if you didn't know already, that this weekend is the annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive. On Saturday, May 10, just leave a sturdy bag containing non-perishable foods next to your mailbox before the time of your normal mail delivery. Your letter carrier will collect the donation and deliver it to a food bank or food pantry in your local community.

Just make sure the food is non-perishable, in non-breakable containers and have it ready and at your mailbox before your letter carrier arrives. Super easy and a great way to help out in your community!
