Wednesday's Weekly Weigh-In : Week #1

So I thought about doing a weekly post about my weight loss journey but I don't know if I quite feel comfortable yet. I am over 200 pounds and have a ways to go. I want to get to 160 although my 'ideal' weight is suppose to be 130-140 because I am so short. But I was this weight when I graduated high school and would be happy with it. But my main goal is to just get under 200. I don't want all the blood pressure issues I had with my pregnancy with Sweet Pea.

So I am reaching out for encouragement. Please don't be critical as I am an emotional eater. :/ I'm reaching to find some kind of support network. Below I've added a link up system where others can post their videos, blog posts, pictures, whatever, of your weight this week and how you are progressing. I'm hoping to start recording videos as well by next week. And to also give everyone a more detailed layout of what I'm doing to loss and hopefully I will get to a point where I can encourage others.

How does this sound to everyone else? Completely ridiculous? Completely crazy? Well maybe I need to lose my mind a little because in the current mind-set I am in, I'm over weight, under exercised, and eat too much chocolate.

This please share your story:

$10 Credit from thredUp means FREE kids clothes!

This post contains referral links.

ThredUp has totally changed the way it accepts clothes and the way you buy clothes. You no longer get a random box of clothes that you hope is what the person described it as and it is in good quality. NOW you can send in a bag if you wish (you pay $4.95 but once they get your bag of clothes you get that back). Your bag includes a HUGE bag to put gently used, name brand clothes into and a shipping label that is paid for. You are no longer required to send in clothes in order to buy clothes. If you are just trying to get rid of clothes and not care how much you get for them, then I suggest this type of service for you.

Some Brands Include:
- Carter's
- Babies-R-Us
- Old Navy
- Children's Place
- Gymboree
- Baby Gap & Gap Kids
- Osh Kosh B'Gosh
And Many Others!

They will pay you for every piece of clothing depending on quality and brand.
They have a place on their site that provides a reference
so you know how much you might receive and what brands they accept.

Right now they are doing a promo where when you sign up right HERE,
you receive a $10 credit that can apply towards shipping

These are two deals I have scored so far.

The first is from when I first signed up and used a 20% off code:

NWT means New With Tags
So yes that shirt had TAGS on it and BRAND NEW!

This is the second order I did
after someone signed up through my affiliate link
they placed an order so I received $10
(you will be able to do this too):

1. Sign up HERE to receive your $10 credit

2. Pick your items you want to buy. They have TONS of options and everything is in season.

= GREAT SAVINGS on NAME BRAND LIKE NEW CLOTHES!

Let me know what kind of deals you score!

Kroger Weekly Totals - 61% savings!

So another week down. I still have my FREEbie Friday list to get up for you all and I have some awesome giveaways coming up that I am SUPER excited about. And if you have been following my posts on Facebook then you already know who they are from! Anyways, today's Kroger trip was awesome. The kiddos feel asleep in the car on the way there so Hubby stayed in the car with them and I get everything I wanted, still talked to the cashier and a friendly shopper, and finished in record time. Funny how different a shopping trip can be when you don't have any little ones with you.

Anyways, on to the Savings! I didn't get a picture of this trip because once again the little ones devoured my attention but that's okay because they are more important...no offense. Deceptively Delicious Baby Food Style - Baked Egg Puffs

I bought a TON of baby food (30 jars to be exact) a while back because Publix was having an awesome BOGO sale that made it (combined with a $1/3 Beechnut coupon) that I made money.
