I recently was sent an awesome box from Wildgrain that was full of artisanal breads, pastas, and pastries. I decided to make this crockpot Italian chicken recipe. It is so easy to make, you just throw everything in the crockpot! My family absolutely loved it!

What You Need:

- 1-pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 block 8 oz reduce fat cream cheese
- 1 packet Italian seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup

What You Do:

Place all ingredients in pot. Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 6-7 hours. Add noodles about 30 minutes out with 1/2 cup of water if desired. Serve over rice, quinoa, noodles, mashed potatoes, riced cauliflower, or eat by itself. I decided to add fettuccine noodles from my Wildgrain box to mine. I also made my Lazy Chicken Pot Pie and topped it with their croissants.
