I love when I get the opportunity to work with my favorite brands over and over again. As some of you may know, I have been on a weight loss journey for a while now and trying to find the right balance of working out and nutrition that works for me and my family.

For Valentine's Day, I made some chocolate covered strawberries with Once Again Amore Almond Spread. I love to have date nights at home. My husband and I don't eat out much anymore since we never know what to get when we go out plus we are trying to save money to pay off debt. So with that said, date nights at home are key. But honestly my new FAVORITE thing that I have made with Once Again Amore Almond Spread is these No Guilt Hazelnut Energy Bites!

Guilt Free Gluten Free Chocolate Energy Bites

Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate is sustainably made and sourced making this gourmet dessert butter healthier than other dessert butters. It is also Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Verified, Certified Organic, and part of the brand’s Honest In Trade program. Guilt Free Almond Energy Bites Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Once Again Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (store bought or homemade)
- Up to 4 tsp warm water, as needed
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats, although use gluten-free oats if making this GF)
- 3/4 cup toasted or raw coconut (I used sweetened)
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions In a mixing bowl, stir together Once Again Almond Spread, honey, and vanilla. If mixture seems too thick stir in 2 tsp warm water to thin. Add oats, coconut, and flaxseed then stir until evenly coated. At this point if mixture still doesn't stick well, stir in up to 2 tsp water as needed. Transfer mixture to refrigerator or freezer and chill until nearly set and easier to handle. Sprinkling with coconut shavings is optional. Remove from refrigerator and shape into 1-inch balls. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. And if you try this recipe let me know how it turns out!

The history behind Once Again's raccoon mascot is such a cute story. Their raccoon logo, lovingly named Rocky after the famous Beatles song Rocky Raccoon, was inspired by four baby raccoons that were found on their factory grounds. They were raised on organic nut butters, then released back into the wild. I have worked with this brand multiple times and each time they have outdone themselves. They always send such cute packaging. Plus their products are so versatile and ones my entire family enjoys. I love that their products are sealed in glass jars since glass is so easy to reuse and recycle compare to plastic.

Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate is available to purchase at natural food stores throughout the United States and on amazon.com, and oanb.com.
