EveryPlate Meal Subscription Review & Giveaway

If you have been following me on social media, then you know that my family has been enjoying the EveryPlate Meal Subscription. I thought I would give you my honest review on what I thought plus I have a few $40 off gift cards to give away as well. Plus check out my 5 Reasons to Buy Meal Subscription Boxes.

EveryPlate Meal Subscription Review

Pros:
- Portion Sizes:
I have tried multiple subscription meal boxes and this one has by far the best portion sizes. I ordered a four person box from one service and I couldn't even tell. This box is enough to feed my family with leftovers so if you're children are teenagers then this could still work. I think a great idea if you were a two person is to order the four, make the meal, and have the left overs for work lunches.

- Easy to Follow Recipes:
This is a HUGE deal for me because I am NO chef! I have had to learn everything I know about cooking as an adult. My mom never was really taught about cooking either so no one in my family ever learned. I knew how to microwave and warm up soup, that's about it. So when the recipes are complicated or make you do half a dozen things at once, then I'm lost. I'll get frustrated and want to throw everything out. But this box had so many easy to follow recipe that we have actually incorporated them into our personal meals and plan to make them again!

- Meals Entire Family Enjoys: This one makes my heart happy. There is nothing more annoying than spending time cooking something and then your family won't eat it. My kids are guilty of this time and time again. My daughter is polite and will take a bite, but my son is straight up rude (we're working on that). With this box, every recipe we have tried my family has enjoyed. The recipe can be personalized too. So say if something says "spicy", the recipe will tell you to taste test first so you don't make it too spicy or you can omit if you don't like spice at all. I love that!

- Price Point:
I have tried quite a few meal subscription boxes and this one is the BEST price point! With my code, you can get 6 FREE meals making each serving only $3.33 each. But for only $4.99 at a regular price per plate - you really can't beat that.

Cons:
- Semi Wasteful Packaging:
Although you can reuse the packaging that keeps your food cool, I do think with all the single serve packaging and plastic that it can be wasteful. My husband a great idea for the company to send a pre-paid envelope and then you got rewarded if you sent your packaging back in. Although I didn't think this would be cost effective for the company. It was a nice idea though.

A box includes three meals for either 2 or 4 people. Exclusive to my readers, you can get 18 meals for just $3.33 each! Just click HERE and code CHASTAIN30 should be automatically applied. Making this a great deal for you to try it out! Plus you can pause your subscription at any time!

  15. I've never tried a meal subscription box. They are so expensive, but Every Plate looks affordable. Since I read about them on your site, I have read several reviews and I might try it. If I don't like it, I can easily cancel, but it looks like it's worth a try. I tire of looking for new recipes. I think it would motivate me to cook instead of just grabbing something.

  17. I haven't tried this service before, but I like the price and the portion sizes look much bigger than other boxes I have seen. Plus, the menu items look yummy and at most, you will need very minimal things and common things you have around the house to finish the recipe so that is a plus.
