This is what we made with the SunSpire Peanut Butter Chips:




What You Need:
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
SunSpire Peanut Butter chips - use as many as you want, I used the whole bag!

What You Do:
1- Preheat oven to 350°F.
2- Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.
3- Bake in a buttered loaf pan until a toothpick stuck into the bread comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
