Natural Oral Health with Himalaya Botanique Complete Care Toothpaste

Oral Care is very important. I have mentioned the Importance of Dental Health During Pregnancy before. If your mouth isn't healthy it can lead to a ton of issues in the rest of your body. Think about it. Whatever you put in your body has to pass through your mouth.

Himalaya Botanique offers a full line of clinically studied herbal formulations, certified USDA organic single herbs and body care products. They believe in supporting community health, sustainable farming, and environmental responsibility.

I have been using Himalaya products for a few weeks now. I actually saw a close friend last week that I hadn't seen in a while. She noted how beautiful my smile look and asked me if I had been doing anything different. I told her that actually I needed to go to the dentist, but I had been using a different toothpaste that is not only found easily on Amazon and in health food stores, but is also free from harmful ingredients like, Carrageenan, Fluoride, and SLS. The full line includes seven different varieties: Whitening Complete Care Simply Peppermint, Whitening Complete Care Simply Mint, Complete Care Simply Peppermint, Simply Mint, Simply Cinnamon, Simply Spearmint, and the Original Neem and Pomegranate toothpaste. I have been using Whitening Complete Care Simply Mint. It has a pleasant refreshing taste.

Himalaya offers a different approach to ingredients that with regular brushing, helps remove plaque, supports healthy-looking gums, and maintains white teeth.

- Neem leaf cleans teeth and gives this formulation its sparkle. Neem is history’s original housekeeper and works to keep the mouth clean. » Pomegranate an astringent fruit extract that helps support healthy looking gums.
- Triphala is a traditional detox formula in ancient Ayurveda composed of the three myrobalan fruits for clean teeth and a radiant smile.
- Not only is Xylitol a tooth-friendly sweetener, but it has also been clinically-studied to support good oral hygiene.
- Himalaya Botanique Whitening Complete Care Toothpaste contains Papain and Bromelain, the enzymes from papaya and pineapple, to help remove surface stains.

I have been to the dentist since using these products and my oral hygienist noted how much healthier my gums are looking (I was diagnosed with periodontal disease last year). She also said that my plaque was minimal as well. I would highly suggest checking out there site where you can also sign up to receive a free sample.

Are you looking for a more natural oral health care routine? What do you think of Himalaya Botanique?

  2. This is the first time that I heard of this toothpaste. But believe me, if it works, I am using it! Pregnancy does take a lot out of you! If the fetus needs it, they will take it! I took good care of my teeth, but now because of Diabetes, I am scheduled for oral surgery! I don't want my bad teeth to lead to other things! No way! So take care!
