"Thanks a Latte" Super Easy Teacher Gift

This post is part of a sponsored campaign with MyPrintly and MomSelect. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

My daughter is ending her first year of school. She is in 3K and only goes three days a week. I love her school. I love how far she has come. Her teachers are truly amazing and since I totally flopped on a Christmas gift, I wanted to do something extra special to say thanks for a great year. So since my daughter's teachers have mentioned a time or two about their LOVE of Starbucks, I decided to give them a gift card, but that isn't enough. I wanted to make sure it was extra special.

Thanks to MyPrintly, creating DIY projects is super easy. You can share your favorite memories with friends and family through photo collages and cards that you can print at home or order with ease. No more excuses on why you don't have printed photos for the grandparents. My mother-in-law is always wanting pictures of her five beautiful grandbabies. She even has what she calls a "nana-book" full of pictures perfect for showing them off to everyone she meets. With MyPrintly you can make photo books, mugs, calendars, magnets, and so much more. Great for a last minute gift idea as well.

My husband loves pictures all around his office, but he is really running out of room with all the picture frames. So I just go to MyPrintly.com or their app, upload my pictures, and create a beautiful photo collage that he can cherish forever.

Now to make the "Thanks a Latte" gift card holder card, all I did was print the card thanks to MyPrintly. With MyPrintly, you can print on HP photo paper (like I used for this craft), card stock, patterned paper, regular printing paper, the options are endless. Then I went to Starbucks to grab a gift card and coffee sleeve. You can just ask your local Starbucks for some. Make sure you secure the bottom of the sleeve so the gift card doesn't slide down (you could use a stapler, but I used super glue) or you can tape the gift card from the back (I did this as well to make sure it was extra secure). This craft was so super easy and totally my style. I can't wait to give these to my daughter's teachers.
This craft was inspired by this post.

  6. So neat! I'm not fully a Starbucks fan, but I love the do it yourself gifts! I feel like it adds something. It shows you care when you sacrifice your time for someone.

  7. Oh wow, that is really awesome and creative! I love your idea so much because it is so much better than simply handing someone a giftcard. This shows real thought and is so cool. :)

  10. When my kids were younger, I have always tried to show their teachers our appreciation of their hard work and dedication! I have always wondered how they could teach 30 kids at one time all day long without losing it! These are great ideas and more personal! I love the slogans! I pinned three of your different gift ideas. Thank you for sharing!!
