I decided to create these Maple Pumpkin Spiced Muffins with Mini Waffles because I was inspired by Eleven's love of the frozen breakfast item. I used a box mix that was originally for pancakes. So this recipe is super easy to recreate and my kids loved them.

Creating Shareable Memories with TreeRing
Wednesday, October 11, 2017
This post is sponsored by TreeRing Memories. All opinions are my own.
So the mommy guilt is real in our house. Like seriously. My daughter has a beautifully detailed and decorated baby book filled with her firsts down to the exact day included with a picture. Pictures? Yeah I use to print TONS when she was a baby. But my son? I take a ton, but they aren't printed out and his baby book is only half filled because I never wrote stuff down. But I have found a cool app that helps eliminate "mommy/daddy guilt" - we all get so busy and although we snap a ton of pictures of our kiddos, it's often hard to compile them into memory books for them to look back on. TreeRing Memories helps remedy this issue.
TreeRing Memories focuses on helping moms with three specific problems:

Fall Break Family Vacation in Panama City Beach
Sunday, October 8, 2017
Every year we take a family vacation to Panama City Beach, FL for Fall Break. Our schools are on a year round schedule so our summers are shorter, we go to school earlier, but we get more breaks during the year. It has been this way since I have been in high school. This year was different though although the break was moved back to September, we were worried about Hurricane Irma the entire week before.
Anyways, we go with my husband's entire family. We decided a few years ago that we each need to get our own condos (at The Summit found through vrbo.com) in the same building instead of sharing one huge condo. That way each individual family can have their own space or do their own thing while we still get to spend time together. This was the best year for my family. And I want to share why I think it was the best so far.

Alfredo Buffalo Chicken Dip Appetizer Recipe
Thursday, October 5, 2017
When game day rolls around, our house doesn’t just fill with cheers and team colors, it fills with the smell of delicious food and the sound of family coming together. As a busy mom always looking for budget-friendly meals that everyone will love, I’m a big fan of simple, hearty recipes that don’t break the bank. That’s why this Alfredo Buffalo Chicken Dip has quickly become a go-to in our kitchen.
It’s creamy, cheesy, spicy, and so easy to throw together with just four ingredients. Whether you’re hosting a football watch party, attending a potluck, or just enjoying a cozy night in, this dip delivers all the flavor with none of the stress. And bonus, it’s affordable, freezer-friendly, and kid-approved (if they can handle a little kick!).

Why This Buffalo Chicken Dip Is a Must-Try
Buffalo Chicken Dip is already a classic, but the creamy Alfredo twist takes it to the next level. It adds a rich, cheesy flavor that balances the heat of the buffalo sauce while keeping the texture perfectly smooth. Plus, it’s made from pantry staples, so you can whip it up in no time, even on a weeknight. Here’s why families love it:
- Budget-friendly ingredients you likely already have on hand
- Quick and easy to make, less than 10 minutes of prep
- Freezer-friendly if you want to make it ahead
- Versatile for serving with chips, veggies, or on sandwich rolls
