Nanny to Mommy

We are in full blown summer fun our house, but it sure has been a rainy one. Whenever we have had a chance, we have been getting out. We have had so many parties to go to where it even rained at those! And what do you do when the weather is bad and you have two cooped up kids to entertain all day? Board games are a great idea especially when you can take them on the go too!

I was looking through my Timehop and I was reminded that two years ago my husband and I really buckled down to start our weightloss journey. We made many lifestyle changes along the way and that has been the key to success. We watch what we eat more carefully and we make sure to get 30 minutes of cardio in daily. We are still learning what works for us and had to change up our routines because sometimes we would get in a plateau.
