After the first disaster shots, here's my sweet girl. We got her to smile because she was burying her feet in sand (like we did earlier that day) and kept asking her, "Where's your feet?" She thought it was too funny. So we managed to get some better shots after that.

Can you believe it's getting time to start thinking about Holiday cards?! I have been sending out our Christmas cards since my Hubby and I first started dating. At first they were very generic with the infamous holiday letter, but then I discovered picture cards and I have never turned back. So personalized and I can just explain how our year has been through pictures! I have been a fan of Shutterfly for so long now that I can't even remember the first time I used them. So I am quite pleased to get to introduce to you some of the 2013 Shutterfly Holiday Card collection. There is truly a little something for everyone with a wide variety of designs and styles.

In Shutterfly’s Classic style you will find traditional holiday colors, iconic illustrations, aspirational sentiments, snowflakes, and monograms. I just love the Monogram Moments card because it allows you to share a lot of photos so I can share our year's journey.
In Shutterfly’s Contemporary style you will find trend forward colors, texture and layering, water color techniques, shine, and glitter. These cards are wonderful for showcasing Instagram photos. I adore the Cherished Memories card because of the pretty color scheme and the fun washi tape that reminds me of a scrapbook page.
Shutterfly’s Whimsy style is all about the meeting of humor and nostalgia. These cards feature fun sentiments that is sure to bring a smile to the recipient’s face. Although it doesn’t have the look of a traditional holiday card, I love the bright colors of the Definitely Naughty Holiday Card. My mom would get a kick out of this.
Shutterfly’s Merry and Bright style is all about having fun and lots of color. The Spreading Cheer card immediately caught my eye with the colorful snowflakes against the black background. I love that they have options for none traditional families as well.
Shutterfly’s Photo Basics style is perfect for when you want your photos to truly shine. These cards showcase multiple colors, vertical type, and family name highlights. I love the Cheer All Around card because it can show case so many pictures in a beautiful clean-cut way.
Shutterfly’s also has a variety of Religious Holiday Cards to help you convey the true meaning of the season. New for this year, Shutterfly is offering 5×7 tri fold cards. They are also offering back of the card designs. There are plenty of options so you can find the perfect card to send to your family and friends this holiday season.
While you are at it, be sure to check out Shutterfly’s Photo Gifts that can help you finish some of your holiday shopping. I know photo gifts are always a huge hit with my kids’ grandparents. As a mom, I’ve always tried to strike that impossible balance between keeping my child warm and safe at night. When Sweet Pea was a baby, she’d wiggle right out of her swaddle or kick the blanket off entirely, leaving me up every few hours worrying if she was too cold—or worse, if there was a loose blanket in her crib that could pose a risk.
That’s why I was so relieved when I discovered the HALO SleepSack® wearable blanket. It felt like a game-changer in our home, and now it’s one of those baby items I recommend to every new parent. HALO’s wearable blankets have become a standard in safe infant sleep—so much so that over 1,000 hospital nurseries across the country use them through the HALO Safer Way to Sleep® Initiative. Instead of traditional blankets, hospitals are swaddling newborns in SleepSacks from day one.
But the best part? HALO didn’t stop at infancy.

I accepted to review Calorease before I found out I was pregnant. I love being a blogger and having a family lifestyle blog. This way I can share my husband's experience with Calorease, a weight loss management pill, with all of you. My husband has very busy lifestyle where he is always on the go and eating fatty meals. I try to provide healthier meals for him when he is home, but the reality is he works although he didn't loss a large amount of weight, 60+ hours every week. When he remembered to take Calorease before he ate, he didn't feel jittery which ones of his main concerns and why he was so nervous about taking it. He decided to have a turkey sandwich one day and took Calorease and I'm assuming he didn't eat enough fat that day, because he was very bloated, which Calorease notes as one of the side effects. I am excited to try Calorease for myself in order to lose the inevitable post-pregnancy weight. Below are some more specs on this awesome product, that doesn't claim to be a miracle weightloss drug, which I love.
Just the facts:
- It's easy to use Calorease. Simply take two tablets with a fat-containing meal three times a day. But stay consistent for the best results.
- If taken as recommended, results can be seen in about 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that Calorease is not a license to overeat, nor is it a magic bullet for quick weight loss.
- There is no program or special diet involved with taking Calorease. A reasonable, balanced and nutritious fat-containing diet is recommended. Click here for sample meal plans.
- Calorease does not contain gluten, lactose, yeast, wheat, sugar, salt, egg, soy, dairy, artificial colors, sweeteners or preservatives. It is naturally sourced from grain and is suitable for vegans.
- A convenient blister pouch provides 1 serving (2 tablets) so it's easy to take on the go. A 90-tablet pack of Calorease retails for $29.99
Did you know?
It's understood that fiber can bind with dietary fat and prevent fat from being digested. But since most fibers bind fat at a 1:1 ratio, you would have to consume unrealistic amounts of ordinary fiber to gain any benefit--until now. The unique, pantented fiber in Calorease (FBCx) binds up to 9 times its weight in dietary fat, reducing up to 15,000 calories per month from a normal diet.
You can order your own Calorease, and as a special promotion for my readers, Calorease is offering up their 90-tablet pack for only $14.99! Here's how you can order, just visit calorease.com/buy and enter code 4MOMS.
