Nutrisystem Week 4 #NSNation

I received complimentary products to provide this post. All opinions are my own.

I went off plan this week. Getting ready for Halloween completely threw off my week. And that's okay. I tried to stay on Nutrisystem plan for the most part. I didn't do good about tracking on my NuMi app and think that is key.

Pumpkin Carving Fun!

I received a LifeTrak activity tracker this week and will share my review of that soon. I think an activity tracker will really help me with making sure I stay active during the day. It actually is already helping because I love seeing how many steps I can get in one day.

I had fun though this week.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (today) are when I went off plan. Saturday I was good all day, but then we went to hang out with friends for the annual Halloween party. It was so wonderful seeing everyone and actually to hang out without any little ones to worry about. But even though I went off plan, I was still very responsible. I will say this. I got carded for the first time in a LONG time. He looked me up and down and said, "I'm going to have to see your ID". He looked a little shocked when he realized I was almost 30. That made my day.

Saturday was HALLOWEEN! And we went trick-or-treating in my sister-in-law's neighborhood. I brought my Nutrisystem food to enjoy for dinner, but didn't eat it. My husband made homemade guacamole and that did me in.

Sunday, the hubby actually had a day off. Well he called in to check how everything was going, but for the most part he was off and I enjoyed every minute of it with him. He hasn't had a day off in 17 days. It was rainy, so we couldn't go to Southern Belle Farm like we wanted to. And Hubby wanted to go to the Falcons game with friends, but I really wanted to spend time with him and so did the kiddos.

So here are my stats thus far:
Starting Weight: 238 {View Post}
Week 1: 230 {View Post}
Week 2: 224 {View Post}
Week 3: 223 {View Post}
Week 4: 223

So no weightloss, but at least I didn't gain anything! I think my issue is I actually haven't been eating enough. And because I have been letting myself get hungry and then not losing any weight, it is making it hard to stick with it. I just need to start tracking better and hopefully I'll lose weight next week!

Do you track when you are trying to lose weight?

I received a complimentary 3-month Nutrisystem program to provide this post. All opinions are my own.
