  5. I wanted to breastfeed but was unsuccessful. I ended up back in the hospital due to an infection a few days after giving birth and that did not allow me to breastfeed.
We are expecting in October and the plan is to try.

  7. I breastfed successfully for two years with my first. I only stopped because I had to start on medication. I am hoping to breastfeed again for at least two years.

  8. I breastfed my daughter for two and a half years. She wasn't a great nurser to begin with, and I had some poor advice, so she ended up eating formula too. But with determination and and a lot of support from my husband, at 6 months we were able to get her off formula and back to the breast with addition of solids.

  9. With my first it was a struggle he was premature and I just did not make enough milk. I breastfed my second for 2 1/2 years. She was a huge baby 10 lbs 10 oz when I had her and it was so easy with her . I felt like a dairy cow the first few months because all she did was eat, but I am glad that I was able to for as long as I did. She is now a beautiful smart 15 year old.

I am currently breastfeeding my 2nd! I struggle with low supply and had to feed and pump for a few weeks with my first, but we finally got through it all and she nursed until she was 16 months old. My 2nd gal is still nursing at 19 months! She doesn't seem anywhere close to weaning either.... I would love to pump and put some up now too!

  20. I tried very hard to breastfeed my first baby. I just didn't produce any milk. I tried a breast pump but that didn't work very well either. I tried didn't all natural supplements and tried seeing lactating specialists. I finally gave up and it made me very upset. I'm hoping with baby #2 that things will be different.
