    My green resolution this year is to use paper bags than use plastic as plastic causes a lot of environmental waste.

  13. my green resolution was to start making from scratch more often. i already make a ton from scratch, but we're kicking it up a notch by making all bread at home, for example. next up i am tackling english muffins, and bagels!

  16. My New Years resolution is to go back to school and finish my education. Since the school is less than 5 miles away I plan on riding my bike. I have been practicing the ride just to make sure I can do it.

  19. My green resolution is for my family to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, so I will be planting a small garden this year and shopping more at the Farmer's Market. I take my own cloth bags there and to the grocery store which is better for the environment than plastic bags.

I've been looking into different re-usable options for packing food (for snacks out and making ahead for at home) so that I don't use so many plastic baggies and plastic wraps and such.

  91. My New Year’s Resolution is not to look back on 2014 with any regrets and to move forward into 2015 with a clean slate looking for adventure and new opportunities. My plan to “Green It” is to make sure our family recycles everything we possibly can. We now have three recycling bins, one for bottles and cans, one for newspapers, and one for cardboard. We no longer buy water or anything else in plastic bottle because we each have bottles that we can take our water or whatever beverage we want with us. We also make sure we never go shopping without our own bag so that we do us any plastic bags from the grocery or department stores.
