Spring is in full force here in Georgia which means the pollen is making my allergies flair up any chance it gets. With both of my kids in sports, we are outside a LOT. Honestly, I have been waiting for the weather to warm up so I can enjoy being outside again and get some vitamin D. My daughter was diagnosed with severe seasonal allergies when she was two.
