I went to the store 3 times last week continuously buying fresh veggies. I did have creamer in my morning coffee, but I am down to only one cup a day and I started actually measuring out my creamer instead of just dumping it in.

Starting My Weightloss Journey #NSNation

I have been battling with my weight for more than a few years now. I was never the "thin" one or even "in shape". I have had to try to teach myself healthy eating habits because I was never taught them growing up. Pregnancy and breastfeeding throws me out of whack.

Losing Weight with SlimQuick Pure Protein Powder

I am trying to kick my weight loss journey back into gear. We joined a gym September of last year, but we stopped going when Peanut got sick, then the holidays happened, and then Hubby got his new job with the long commute and now we are back at square one. I wanted to get bathing suit body ready (I don't do bikinis, LOL), but alas that didn't happen. With my daughter out for the summer though, we are going to stay super busy. So what I am going to do on those mornings when I need to hit the road, but there's no time for breakfast?

What's in YOUR Work Out Bag?

I am trying to start the New Year off right and get back into the groove of going to the gym. My goal for this year was to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I THOUGHT I was fortunate to not have to put my stuff in a locker at the gym. I use to just put what I need in my diaper bag and leave it in the gym nursery. I then would carry my phone, keys, and wallet around with me. This can get quite cumbersome, so I recently invested in a lock and a decent work out bag.



I don't carry the diaper bag anymore, since I am breastfeeding and they don't change diapers. I just go out to the car to change Peanut. Anyways, here are a few essentials that I have decided to keep in my gym bag.

Weighing In, I lost a TODDLER!

According to Wii Fit, I am as fit as a 20 year old!



I haven't officially weighed myself in a few weeks but since then I have lost 3.4 pounds!
So glad to see the numbers going down again. :D

What I have been doing differently?
My cravings subsided after Aunt Flow's visit but I was noticing that I was eating the same even though I wasn't hungry. So that was the FIRST thing I changed!

I still want to get a day planner and get better organized so I can get beak into a regular work out schedule.

The biggest inspiration for me, is my wonderful friend has lost 10 pounds since she started her weight-loss journey around a month ago. I am so proud of her!

Well that's Sweet Pea and I talking because everyone else has been lazy! HA!
BTW my daughter weighs almost 27 pounds according to Wii.
I have lost more weight than she weighs!
I can officially say I lost a toddler. ;D

and I feel my goal is so close I can almost taste it.
