Decorating Our New Home for Spring

Since we moved into our new house back in September, I have been exploring my creative side (while maintaining a budget) and learning more about home décor. I never really took the time before. Not that I didn't want to, But I would simply get overwhelmed by it all. We were in our last year for nine years and we plan on this house possibly being our forever home. We absolutely love it. So we have time. I don't have to get every new décor piece that I see and I don't have to get them all at once.

So since Spring is in full bloom, I thought I would share my Spring Home Décor with all of you. Maybe give some inspiration and hopefully I will be able to share many more home décor posts with you.

Our yard is coming along. We have decided to go with rubber mulch since it has a 10 year warranty and I love that it is made of recycled materials. It took an entire day right before Easter. I didn't plan on starting this project then, but my husband insisted because he was off work. I absolutely love the way it turned out.

I received complimentary products to provide this review, all opinions are my own.

ThermaLeaf launched a new product range in outdoor and were so kind to send me this beautiful wreath to share their line with you. Since ThermaLeaf® launched last year, they have become the leader in the manufacturing of fire retardant artificial foliage, plants, and trees related products exclusively for commercial projects or the wholesale trade. I absolutely love this wreath. Some flowers came off in shipping, but they were easy to put back on. I have received so many compliments on it. They have so much to offer as well. I chose this one because in the south, cherry blossoms are spring. Follow them on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or YouTube) to learn more.

I'm still going back and forth about my dining room table décor. I love the stem glasses that I bought at Kirkland's, but I am loving a box with bottles that my mother-in-law gave me for my birthday. So I put the stem glasses set in my bathroom window seal for now. More pictures to come of my beautiful bathroom soon as it is not quite finished yet.

This this is my home right now during spring. I have received so many questions about how our house is coming along. We are trying to make it a home. As I said, I'm still so new to home décor since we didn't really put much effort into our old house. I would love to paint a few rooms in our new house. And I'll share more details about all of that when we do!

What do you think of our décor? Do you like to decorate for the different seasons?

Although I received a complimentary wreath from ThermaLeaf to provide a review, all opinions are my own.
