Summer is right around the corner and I don't know about you, but we are so busy during the summer and it can be hard to make healthy choices. I try to meal plan ahead and bring my lunch if I can and make sure I make myself some kind of breakfast. My go-to breakfast for on-the-go is a Coffee Protein Smoothie. It is easy to make with only 4 ingredients and I just throw every in the blender, then I'm done and ready to go. I have anxiety. It's not a thing that I usually share over social media, but it is a very real part of who I am. I believe I have had issues with anxiety since I was in high school, but I was never properly diagnosed. I don't like doctors or traditional medicines, but I am not against them AT ALL. I think that you shouldn't be afraid to seek help because there is nothing wrong with it. For me, personally, I just like to try and find a more natural approach.
