I have been on a health and wellness journey since January. I have tried to lose weight in the past, but I am just focusing on overall wellness which means a lifestyle change and if weightloss happens then that is great. I have been taking probiotics for a few years now. I started taking them when I was pregnant with my son and I noticed so many amazing results. I have been looking for a change in probiotic since I have been eating differently and exercising more.

The way she taught me this recipe included no recipe cards or measuring cups, but a lot of love. Each time I make this it's a little different because how I learned was to look and see if that was the right amount. Some batches are better than others, but I am getting better and better each time.

I love throwing parties. I love having everyone get together at my house regardless of what we are celebrating. When I was invited to host a Disney Kids Preschool Playdate for the third time, I wanted to make this one different and unique. These past few months have flown by and been very crazy, but that doesn't mean that a party still can't be fun. I love how our party turned out. Everyone had a great time, it wasn't time consuming to plan, and it was inexpensive as well. Plus everyone learned about the awesomeness of Walt Disney World.
