Sweeten without Sugar {SweetLeaf Organic Stevia Sweetener Review} #momsmeet

Thanks to SweetLeaf and Moms Meet for the products to provide this review. All opinions are my own.

I have been trying to cut out some sugar from my diet, not all, but some. I recently was sent SweetLeaf Stevia to review. I have tried other stevia sweeteners out there, but there is definitely a difference between this one.

SweetLeaf Organic Stevia® Sweetener is a Certified Organic, zero-calorie sweetener made from high-quality stevia leaves. SweetLeaf Organic Stevia Sweetener is very convenient because it dissolves instantly and is perfect for sweetening not only hot or cold beverages,
but also cereals, baked goods, desserts, fresh fruit, yogurt, and so much more. SweetLeaf Organic Stevia Sweetener is gluten free, and contains no artificial ingredients, calories, carbohydrates, or glycemic response, making it ideal for people managing their blood sugar or calorie intake. One packet of SweetLeaf Organic Stevia Sweetener is as sweet as two teaspoons of sugar, so a little bit really does go a long way. SweetLeaf Organic Stevia® comes in 35 ct. ($4.99) or 70 ct. packets ($8.99). Prices may vary based on the retailer. And because a little goes a long way, it is less expensive than many other sweeteners.

The doctor told my husband he needed to watch is sugar intake and since going to the gym is not an option for him until we move, he has ben working on his diet. So he has made some simple substitutions that are still satisfying, but a better choice health wise. My husband has been taking his coffee to work with just one packet of SweetLeaf Organic Stevia. My husband has been using it in smoothies, as well as on top of his oatmeal. He has gone completely sugar free, which wouldn't be ideal anyways, but making these little substitutions really has made the difference.

Do you use stevia sweeteners? What do you think of SweetLeaf Organic Sweetener?
