Thankful

I know it's the day after Thanksgiving and technically "Black Friday". But I wanted to share what I'm thankful for, because it's not just yesterday but everyday that I am thankful for my many blessings.

I wish I had done this type of picture for every Holiday. Oh well.

I have two beautiful and healthy children that surprise me daily. Just the day before Thanksgiving, SweetPea found a penny on the bathroom counter and she said she was going to save it. Then she said I'm going to save it, to give to daddy so he doesn't have to work hard. The sweetest thing with such innocence. After daddy got home from a very busy day being right before the holiday, she definitely melted his heart when she handed it to him.

I'm thankful I have a very hard working husband who puts his family first. I'm thankful I have found a job where I can stay home with my children and bring in extra income. I'm thankful for my wonderful in-laws who help us through so much. They are wonderful parents to my husband and to me, they are also amazing grandparents to my children. My children never go without because of them. I'm thankful for my sister who although she seems flaky, she really will drop everything at the drop of hat if I need her. And I really did need her recently. Hubby's grandmother passed away last week and I needed someone to watch the kids while we went to the funeral as well as be here of us through emotional support. She had a ton of other things go on the day before plus had to borrow someone's car to drive an hour and a half, but she still came down and helped us.

I don't know what I would do without all these wonderful people in my life who have been there for us through thick and thin. I truly don't tell them enough how much they mean to all of us. So if you are reading this, thank you for all that you do.
