KISS InstaWave Automatic Curler #HGG2014

I received free products from KISS through Brandbacker to provide this review. All opinions are my own.

Another gift idea for the ladies! :D This time we are reviewing the KISS InstaWave Automatic Curler. I think this would make a great gift for any girl over the age of 13 (or whatever age you decide to let them start wearing make-up)!

The KISS InstaWave Automatic Curler is a fully automatic, tangle-free curler that's innovative patent pending design lets you curl from any position using either hand. The Curl Dial makes it simple to switch between left and right curl directions.
And the Ceramic Ionic Technology protects hair for healthy, shiny results. There are Two heat settings with maximum temperature of 420° F with auto shutoff after 90 minutes for added safety.

There was definitely a learning curve with this curler as I was use to traditional curling irons. But I really wanted to test this out, plus I thought it would make a great gift for my niece. I used this on my 4 year old daughter in these pictures. I normally don't curl her hair because she doesn't need it. Her hair also needs to be washed in these pictures. She didn't like the noise although she has super sensitive ears that's why she wanted me to stop. I also used low heat because I was nervous to use high on her thin hair. You can view of it in action below:

You can create any kind of curl you want this curler. Just hold for 5-10 seconds for regular curls, hold longer for tighter curls and less for beachy waves.

Overall I was very happy with this and can't wait to share it with others. What did you think of the KISS InstaWave Automatic Curler? My niece is 16, what age did you let your daughter start wearing make-up and curling their hair?

Although I received a complimentary KISS InstaWave to provide this review, all opinions are my own. If you would like to see your product featured in our Holiday Gift Guide, please email Diana.n.chastain@gmail.com.

  1. My daughter would love this! She is always asking me to curl her hair and I have not bought an iron since the 90s!
