Uses of Lavender #EssentialOils

I received complimentary product to provide this review. All opinions are my own.

I recently had the opportunity to review āVō Essentials Lavender Oil. It is 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia). It is premium, and undiluted, with no chemicals, additives, preservatives or anything else! This lavender oil is vegan and all-natural.

Why Use Lavender Oil?
Lavender Oil is one of the most popular essential oils for its powerful therapeutic properties and wonderful fragrant aroma. This naturally derived oil offers relief for both emotional and physical problems along with the added benefit of being a natural insect repellent. For Anxiety and Stress Relief, Headaches and Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Massage and Aromatherapy, Natural Insect and Mosquito Repellent. The smooth, relaxing aroma and healing properties of our Lavender Oil make it perfect for aromatherapy, natural healing, and household use. āVō Essentials lavender plants are grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or any other harmful additives.

Why Bulgarian Lavender Oil?
As one of the largest suppliers of Lavender in the world, Bulgaria's unique climate and soil conditions ensure that lavender grown there is of the finest quality. The percentage of air humidity, temperature and precipitation at the right time of the year all contribute to the cultivation of lavender that yields a very high percentage of premium lavender oil. When comparing Bulgarian Lavender to other Lavenders such as French, most people prefer the sweeter, smoother, and less camphoraceous aroma of Bulgarian Lavender Oil over the others.

Directions for Use:
This product is highly concentrated. NEVER massage UNDILUTED oils, but rather always use a quality carrier oil. Add 5 drops of Lavender oil per 10ml of carrier oil. Use 1-2 drops for babies and the elderly.

I thought I would have this awesome review with a lot of pictures of different ways you can use it. But in all honesty, I wasn't able to provide a great review because since I have never used essential oils, I was a complete newbie. I did follow the directions below on how to use. I used a carrier oil and I thought I would get some great sleep. I slept too well, right through my alarm clock, and I was over an hour late dropping my daughter off at school. Maybe lavender effects me differently, maybe I didn't have a good carrier oil, or maybe it's just because I didn't know what I was doing. I'm just glad I tried it on me first and NOT one of the kiddos. My mom suffers from fibromyalgia so I think I will be sending this her way.
