  3. I cook at least one meal a day from scratch and make all of my babys food except for munchies and puffs.

  5. I would say that I usually cook at least half the time from scratch. Most times, on the weekends, I will cook ahead and freeze so that the rest of the week is easier for me.

  6. I cook at least 15-20 meals a week from scratch. However, I often prep my ingredients and make some of the meals on one day in order to make meal prep easier on the other days.
