Peanut's First Bath #GenerationMustela

#sponsored I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Mustela. I received product samples to facilitate to my review and to thank me for participating. #MC

I was very excited to receive some Mustela products for me and Peanut to test out. I have heard such wonderful things, but haven't ever had the opportunity. I was asked to review these products before he came, but as most of you know, he decided to come the day before I would have been 38 weeks pregnant.

I received Mustela's Facial Cleansing Cloths, 2 in 1 Hair and Body Wash, HydraBebe Body Lotion, Hydra Stick with Cold Cream Nutri-Protective, and Stretch Marks Care Oil to review. My daughter has always had issues with certain chemicals in products so I was prepared for Little Man to have the same kind of issues. He hasn't shown any rashes like she did, but I also don't use any products on his skin with harsh chemicals or perfumes. Mustela, the number one baby care and stretch marks brand in Europe and a trusted name in skincare for over 60 years, recently reformulated their Mustela Bébé product line based on 10 years of skin research. Now featuring a patented, next generation protective ingredient, Avocado Perseose, the Mustela Bébé line helps protect skin starting at the earliest stages of life.

Peanut's First Bath

I loved using the 2 in 1 Hair and Body Wash for his first bath on March 18th. The day after he lost his umbilical cord stump. I'm not going to lie, not knowing whether he is our last baby or not made that moment very bittersweet. (Yes, our little boy has a pink bath tub.) By the way, he loved his first bath. He did so good and was so mellow. I think the water was very soothing to him. So far he has been a completely different baby than his sister, so it's nice getting the best of both worlds.

Peanut was also born at the beginning of pollen season, he has been showing signs that he may too suffer from allergies like Sweet Pea and I do. He has a little stuffy nose and one of his eyes crusts up a bit. So Mustela's facial cleansing cloths have been perfect for us and were our favorite product we tested out. I love having them as a diaper bag staple. I feel safe using them knowing that they are ophthalmologist, pediatrician, and dermatologist approved. I have even been using them on myself when I forget to wash my face due to the fact that I'm not used to getting two kids ready and out the door yet. They smell amazing and are the perfect amount of moisture to get the job done.

I am excited to continue using Mustela products. Don't forget to check out Mustela's Facebook Page. And also their exclusive offer to Nanny to Mommy readers, Mustela is offering FREE Facial Cleansing Cloths and FREE shipping with a $50 purchase on when you enter promo code Mom314 at check-out!

  1. Aww sweet lamb! That first bath is always awkward. I'm glad you found products you love!

  2. Wow! Free cleansing cloths and free shipping with my $50 order! That is an great offer!

  3. Love that the products are so baby-friendly. No worries about the pink bathtub. My son wore my daughter's outgrown pj's for the first couple of years and never complained. ha!!

  4. This is adorable- what a nice, calm first bath. :) My daughter is very sensitive to chemicals but I've been hesitant to try Mustela because it's a bit more expensive than other brands. Sounds like it might be worth a try, though, especially if they work so well and are super gentle! Thanks for your review!

  5. My little one is due soon and the first bath is what I think I'm the most nervous about.

Thank you for dropping by! I would love to hear what you thought. :)
